Privacy policy

What we do not run

These pages carry no analytics, no advertising scripts, no tag manager, no tracking pixel, no heatmap and no session recording. We set no cookies of our own and use no local storage, so nothing here remembers that you visited. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

• No accounts. Nothing on this site asks who you are, and there is no place to register.
• No forms. No contact form, no email field, no on-site search — nothing that could send us text you typed.
• No third-party embeds. Styles and images are served from this domain, and the text is set in fonts already installed on your device, so nothing is fetched from a font service. No maps, videos, social widgets or comment systems load from anywhere else, so your browser is never quietly introduced to a company you did not choose to visit.

The only script tags in our HTML are inert JSON-LD structured-data blocks: machine-readable summaries of the page for search engines. They execute nothing and send nothing.

What a page request still involves

Static files still have to be delivered. The hosting provider and content-delivery network that serve nsfwtop.com receive what every web server receives: your IP address, the URL you requested, a timestamp, your browser's user-agent string and sometimes the page that referred you. Those providers keep their own technical logs of that traffic for delivery, caching and abuse protection, under their own privacy policies and as their own data controllers; how long they keep them is their decision, not ours.

We do not feed those logs into analytics, do not build profiles from them and do not try to identify individual readers. Where we look at traffic at all, it is through search-engine webmaster reports — aggregate counts of queries, impressions and clicks. Those are numbers about pages, not about people.

Outbound links and affiliate tracking

Every tool we rank is linked to its own official site, and the policy, pricing and help pages we quote are linked as sources. Some of those links are affiliate or tracking links: if you subscribe after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner tools are grouped first in the ranking and in every list, and that grouping is disclosed wherever it happens — it does not change what we write, and no tool pays a fee for its position. NSFWTop is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any tool we rank, and the prices we publish were read on the dates printed beside them and can change at any time. An affiliate link may pass through a redirect — an advertiser's network, or our own redirect subdomain go.nsfwtop.com — which records that a click happened so the commission can be attributed. That record is about a click, not about you: we hold no name, email or account to attach to it, so there is nothing personal for us to hand over. Beyond aggregate click and sale counts reported back by an affiliate program, we have no view of what you do on the other side.

Once the destination loads, you are on someone else's site. Its cookies, its age check, its payment processor and its privacy policy apply, and we control none of it. Read the policy of any tool before you upload anything or pay.

Adults only

NSFWTop is an 18+ site about adult software and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect nothing from anyone, and certainly nothing from minors. We operate no age-verification wall of our own, so we hold no ID documents, no selfies and no age-check records; where a jurisdiction requires verification, it happens on the tool's own site or at its payment provider, never here.

If you email us

Writing to [email protected] is the one way data about you reaches us, and only because you chose to send it: your email address and whatever you put in the message sit in a mailbox at our email provider. We use it to answer you and to check corrections you report; we do not add it to any list — there is no list — and we do not pass it to the tools we rank. Ask us to delete a thread and we will.

Requests, changes and contact

Rights over personal data — access, correction, deletion, portability — assume someone holds data about you. On our side there is no account to close, no profile to export and no mailing list to leave. If you think we hold something, write and we will check and tell you either way.

Data held by a tool we rank — chat logs, generated images, payment details — is that company's, not ours. Requests go to it directly; its privacy policy and support contact are on its own site, which we link from its review or its entry in the ranking.
