What NSFWTop is — and what it is not

We are a publisher, not an operator. NSFWTop does not run an AI generator, does not create or host adult images or video, and does not process user uploads: there is no upload form, no account and no user gallery here. Everything on the site is editorial text plus facts and quotes taken from the official pages of the tools we cover, each with a source link and the date we read it; where a review mentions a documented incident, or a guide cites a law or a regulator, that source is named and dated as well.

We sell nothing — no payments, no licenses, no resold credits or subscriptions — and we cannot open, change, pause or cancel an account on any service we describe. The site is information, not advice: not legal, financial or safety advice. Whether a given tool is lawful and appropriate for you, where you live, is your decision.

Adults only (18+)

This site is for adults. It discusses services that produce sexually explicit synthetic imagery, and it links to them. You may use NSFWTop only if you are at least 18 years old — or older, where the law that applies to you sets a higher age — and only where adult material is legal for you to access. If either is not true, please leave.

We describe features and policies in clinical terms and publish no explicit imagery ourselves. The services we link to make sexually explicit material, and on several of them explicit imagery sits on the landing page itself, before any sign-in. Every generator we rank states an age requirement of its own — most behind a click-through gate at the entrance, a few only in their terms — and what we actually saw is printed in the key facts of each review and, for every ranked tool, in the comparison matrix.

Accuracy, dates and third-party changes

Every price, plan, quote and policy statement here was read on the operator's own pages on the date we print with it: the “Facts verified” stamp on the ranking, the matrix and every review, and the read-on date above each price table. An entry price quoted in passing on a best-of list comes from that same dated reading. Providers change prices, rename plans, rewrite policies and remove features without notice. We do not warrant that any of it is still current, complete or free of error, and the official page is always the authoritative one — check it before you pay.

Two conventions matter when you read us. We publish no scores, stars or ratings: positions follow the stated checklist criteria, and partner tools are grouped first, as explained on our About page. And a missing quote means only that we found no such statement on the pages we read that day — never that a tool permits the thing in question. Where a policy is qualified, or a marketing page and a help page disagree, we say so on the page instead of tidying it away.

Independence, affiliate links and trademarks

NSFWTop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any tool it covers. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only to identify the products we write about.

Some outbound links are affiliate or tracking links: if you subscribe through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We currently have that relationship with three ranked tools — Secrets AI, Candy AI and OurDream — and they are grouped first in the ranking and in every list, with a placement note saying so on the ranking, the matrix and each list. No tool pays for a position, and no tool sees, approves or edits what we write about it. The funding is set out in full on our About page.

Your dealings with the tools we list

Follow a link from here and sign up, and your contract is with that operator alone. Payment, renewals, refunds, moderation decisions, account termination and everything done with your data are between you and them, under their terms — read those terms before you pay, particularly on renewals and on what you may generate.

We have no control over third-party sites and take no responsibility for their content, availability, pricing or security. Nothing here is permission to do what a tool's own policy forbids: we do not explain how to work around moderation, and we do not explain how to depict a real person. The categories we refuse to list at all — undress and nudify apps, face-swap tools built for photos of real people, and tools whose own terms forbid adult output — are set out on Not listed.

Our text, their quotes

The editorial text, the checklist, the rankings and the comparison tables are our own work and are protected by copyright. Quoted policy and pricing wording belongs to the operators it came from; we reproduce it for identification and comment, with a link to the source.

Quote a short passage with a visible link back and we have no objection. Republishing pages wholesale, or scraping the site to rebuild the ranking elsewhere, is not permitted; for anything longer, ask us first.

Changes to these terms, and reaching us

We may revise this page as the site changes. The date above is the version date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; we keep no user accounts, so there is nobody to notify individually.
