Lovescape: what its policies say, what it costs, what is free
✓ Facts verified August 30, 2026
Lovescape is an adult AI companion platform with its own image and video generators: you build a fictional character, chat by text or voice, and generate stills or short clips. It is operated by Warmtech Ltd of Limassol, Cyprus, registered as HE 418620 — a name its own privacy policy misspells as “Warmetch Ltd.”
NSFWTop is independent and not affiliated with Lovescape; everything below was read on its official pages on August 30, 2026, and prices change. Lovescape is a partner tool: we earn a commission if you subscribe through our link, and partner tools are grouped first on every list, disclosed there and on our About page. Placement only, never the facts.
What it generates
Documented surfaces: image generator, video generator, images inside chat, voice messages and a Talk tab. Styles cover realistic, anime and other looks; the interface names Wan 3.0 as the video model and Grok Imagine among the image styles. We found no public API anywhere on the domain.
Clip length contradicts itself: the home page advertises up to two minutes, the duration selector stops at 30 seconds, and the Wan 3.0 announcement of August 26, 2026 says 30 — the figure we record.
Real people, minors and what the policy actually says
The Terms are the strict document: §11.1 prohibits companions closely resembling real-world celebrities or public figures, and §11.3 refuses the fiction-or-parody defense, with no consent qualifier attached. §9.4 sets zero tolerance for CSAM, promising law-enforcement reports, suspension or termination and legal action; the prohibited-content definition names sexualization of minors. Lovescape runs no licensed creator-likeness program.
Two qualifications sit alongside them. The Terms name only celebrities and public figures; private individuals are covered indirectly, by the §9.2 warranty that you own or have cleared rights to whatever you submit. And the blog restates the rule as a consent test — real people “without consent” cross the line — weaker than the Terms print. The landing page's first category tab is labelled “Teen 18+”.
Uploads, face-swap and undress
Lovescape loses a checklist point to a contradiction inside its own site. The home page markets a remix that takes your own photo and turns it into a new style, outfit, setting “or even face”, and the video generator invites you to upload an image or video as a base.
Three governing documents say the opposite: Terms §5.4 permits an avatar photo only; the moderation policy says users cannot upload their own photos, videos or audio to talk to characters; every blog post carries the line “no photo uploads, no real people, no deepfakes”.
The one documented channel is the Pro-tier route in that policy: identity verification, a rights-ownership checkbox, human post-moderation within 24 hours, immediate takedown on any likeness complaint — a rights-holder process, not an undress tool. The words face swap, undress and nudify appear nowhere on the domain and logged-out checks found no file input; the control sits behind a signup wall, so we mark the column against the marketing claim. Undress and face-swap apps are not listed.
What you get for free
Sign-up is free and the referral page lists “Free” as a subscription tier, but the subscription page shows no free plan and its chips tab tells you to subscribe first. The home page's start-free line promises premium features, not a verifiable free quota. One free-chip route is documented: liking a feed post earns one chip (blog, August 27, 2026).
Paid plans in practice
Two subscription families plus a lifetime tier, all metered in chips. Premium runs $19.99 a month, falling to $7.99 on the annual term ($95.88 up front), with 600 monthly chips at every term. Creative Pro is the creator tier — 3,000 chips, no-watermark downloads, advanced chat memory, a larger referral share; Ultra is one payment of $399.60 against a struck-through $999, with 4,000 monthly chips. No per-image or per-second chip cost is printed, so we cannot state one; exact per-term figures are in the table below, read August 30, 2026.
Age gate, moderation and privacy
The age gate is a click-through overlay plus self-declaration at registration; Terms §6.1 requires 18. A December 2025 post says NSFW features now require an age check for UK users. Moderation is automated first: requests to build a character from a real individual are modified, three attempts escalate to a human, and public content is reviewed within 24 hours. No dedicated underage or CSAM reporting page exists; [email protected] is the only channel, and the help center sits behind a bot check we did not bypass.
The blog says characters are private by default, chat images stay in that chat, nothing goes to third parties or training without consent, and deletion clears active systems. The Terms still grant a worldwide license to use, modify, distribute and display your content, allow marketing use of anything you publish, and set no retention period. No lawsuit, breach or regulator action appears in our sources.
Who it suits — and who should look elsewhere
It suits someone who wants chat, voice, images and short video of one character on one subscription — on the annual term the monthly price falls from $19.99 to $7.99.
Look elsewhere if you want an unambiguous upload answer: Secrets AI and Promptchan AI pass all seven checks and take no reference photo. On scope: lovescape.ai is a parallel front end the Terms never name, and the header links a separate live-webcam site we did not review.
What its own policy says
Quoted verbatim from the official pages we read. A missing quote means we found no such statement — not that the tool allows it.
On real people, celebrities and deepfakes
“11.1 Lovescape is committed to preventing the unauthorized use of celebrity and public figure likenesses in our AI-generated content. As such, we strictly prohibit the creation of Companions that closely resemble any real-world celebrities and/or other public figures. [...] 11.3 We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we believe infringes on the rights or likeness of a celebrity or public figure, even if the user claims the content is a work of fiction or parody.”
Source: lovescape.com/terms
Caveat: The legally binding Terms carry NO consent qualifier — §11.1 bans Companions that "closely resemble any real-world celebrities and/or other public figures" outright, and §11.3 refuses the fiction/parody defence. Two softer, consent-conditioned formulations appear elsewhere on the same domain: (1) the official blog (https://lovescape.com/blog/trust-safety-is-your-ai-girlfriend-safe-privacy-billing-and-what-lovescape-actually-stores/, 15 Jan 2026): "Creating characters based on real people without consent crosses the line."; (2) the Content Moderation Policy "Pro User Uploads" clause permits Pro-tier uploads on the strength of "identity verification and explicit acceptance of the checkbox disclaimer confirming rights ownership" — a self-declared rights/consent attestation rather than a flat ban. Note also that the Terms name only celebrities and public figures; ordinary private individuals are covered only indirectly via §9.2 ("you own all right, title and interest in and to that Content (including, without limitation, all copyrights and rights of publicity), or that you have received all necessary permissions, clearances, and authorizations"). Separately, the site-wide 2257 statement contemplates real persons appearing: "All creators, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Website were required to be over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced."
On minors
“9.4 Lovescape has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any content that constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The submission and/or distribution of CSAM, in any way, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. You acknowledge and agree that any submission of CSAM will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action. [Definitions] Prohibited Content: Includes illegal activities, sexualization of minors, bestiality, incest, hate speech, illegal substance use, harmful speech, content that is offensive, discriminatory, contains or promotes violence infringes on third-party rights or is otherwise prohibited by these Terms.”

On moderation
“Detection of prohibited content: The automated system is programmed to identify and intervene in instances of content that violates Lovescape's safety guidelines. For example, if a user attempts to create a character based on a real individual, the AI modifies the request to prevent unauthorized imitations. [...] Escalation of violations: If a user attempts to violate the rules three or more times, the case is automatically escalated to a moderator for manual review and further action. [...] Human oversight: A dedicated moderation team reviews all content published in open access, ensuring compliance with our established guidelines within 24 hours.”

On uploads and edits
“MARKETING, home page (https://lovescape.com/): "It supports negative prompts (to exclude unwanted elements), pose control via OpenPose/Depth/Canny maps, inpainting for precise edits (add/remove specific parts), and a “remix” feature-upload your own photo or a previously generated image and transform it into a new style, outfit, setting, or even face." | Same page, privacy section: "All communications (AI porn chats, voice notes, uploaded references), generated AI porn images, and AI porn videos are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3+ and at rest with AES-256 encryption." | MARKETING, video generator (https://lovescape.com/ai-porn-video-generator): "Choose or upload an Image or Video as a base/reference" | TERMS §5.4 (https://lovescape.com/terms): "Any attempts to modify, translate, adapt, or reformat any texts, images, or voice messages generated by the AI as well as any attempts to upload own photos, videos, or voice messages for public viewing are strictly prohibited. Users may only upload an avatar photo, which will undergo content moderation and will strictly be used for the purpose of displaying a profile picture. This avatar photo shall not be used for any other purposes whatsoever." | CONTENT MODERATION POLICY (https://lovescape.com/content-moderation-policy): "Importantly, users do not have the capability to upload their own photos, videos, or audio files to communicate with AI characters. Any content is generated only via the Lovescape platform and undergoes automated moderation as described above." | SAME PAGE, "Pro User Uploads": "For users with an active Pro subscription, content uploads are permitted only after completion of identity verification and explicit acceptance of the checkbox disclaimer confirming rights ownership and compliance with applicable standards. Such uploads are subject to mandatory human post-moderation within 24 hours before they can be published or shared on the platform or externally. Any copyright, likeness, or similar complaint received in relation to such content will trigger immediate takedown and blocking." | BLOG standing disclaimer on every post (e.g. https://lovescape.com/blog/introducing-image-editing-take-full-control-of-your-generations/): "Lovescape AI is an 18+ AI platform for creating and animating fictional adult characters. Everything is AI-generated fantasy: no photo uploads, no real people, no deepfakes." | DATED FEATURE DOC, same post (13 May 2026): "We’re introducing Image Editing, the biggest upgrade we’ve made to image generation so far. You can now edit any generated image instantly: without starting from scratch." / "The new edit feature lets you: Change a pose / Fix hands or fingers / Swap backgrounds / Refine faces and details"”

Our verdict
Lovescape is a platform, not a single generator — images, 30-second video, chat and voice on one subscription — with a chip ladder from a $19.99 month to a $399.60 lifetime payment, and privacy defaults that read well until the Terms. One contradiction costs it a checklist point: the home page sells a remix that can change a face, while the Terms, the moderation policy and every blog post say photos cannot be uploaded; until that is reconciled we mark the upload column against the marketing claim. Prices read August 30, 2026; we earn a commission on our link.
Frequently asked questions
Is Lovescape free?
Sign-up is free and the referral page lists a Free tier, but the subscription page shows no free plan and chips require a paid tier. Liking a feed post earns one chip.
Does Lovescape allow real people or celebrities?
No. Terms §11.1 bans companions closely resembling celebrities or public figures and §11.3 rejects the parody defense; the blog softens it to a consent test.
Can you upload your own photo to Lovescape?
Its pages contradict each other: marketing says yes, the Terms allow an avatar only, the moderation policy says no. The one documented route is a Pro upload with ID verification and human review.
Does Lovescape make video, and in which styles?
Yes — clips up to 30 seconds per the Wan 3.0 announcement of August 26, 2026, in realistic, anime and other styles. See our video generator list.
How much does Lovescape cost?
Premium $19.99 a month, or $7.99 billed $95.88 yearly; Creative Pro $64.99 down to $29.99; Ultra $399.60 once. Read August 30, 2026; subject to change.
Does Lovescape check your age, and who runs it?
A click-through overlay and self-declaration at registration; a December 2025 post says UK users need an age check for NSFW features. The operator is Warmtech Ltd, Cyprus.
Are Lovescape images private?
The blog says characters are private by default and chat images stay in that chat, but Terms §7.2 grants a worldwide license over your content and §7.3 covers marketing use of anything you publish, with no retention period stated.
Can you use Lovescape output commercially?
You keep ownership but grant a worldwide license; §7.4 forbids exploiting site content without written consent and §10.1 puts sharing outside the platform at your own risk. Not legal advice — see our legal guide.
How is Lovescape different from OurDream?
Both are partner tools starting at $19.99 a month and passing the same six checks. OurDream adds furry styles; Lovescape's ladder ends in a one-time Ultra tier. Full grid on our comparison page.
