Promptchan AI is a text-driven adult generator: images, video, chat and voice built from prompts, sliders and recipes cloned from its community gallery. Its terms name the operator as VisionAI Labs Limited of Dublin, Ireland; no registration number is published.

What it generates
Five outputs are verified: images, video, text chat, voice and a public API — the only one among the tools we rank. Styles run to five families (realistic, anime, 3D, furry, other), the broadest here; it runs on web, iOS and Android.
Video exists; its length does not. Full-length video with extend is a Pro feature, but no duration in seconds is published, so we log video length as not verified. Swipey AI states 60 seconds, Secrets AI 15; our video list lines them up. The API is text-in only: prompt, style, seed, size, negative prompt, sliders.
Real people, minors and what the policy actually says
Two of its own documents disagree, so we print both. Its DMCA page bans creating images that feature real individuals outright; its terms are narrower, treating depiction or impersonation of celebrities, public figures and private individuals as objectionable without consent, with a second clause conditioned on explicit, verifiable consent. Read literally, consented likeness is not forbidden by the terms, while a third clause insists every image is computer generated and depicts no real person.
The product settles it: no upload control, no face-swap, no image input in the API. One style preset is named for a music genre — an art style, not a person — and there is no vendor-run likeness program, unlike the licensed creator clones Candy AI runs. On minors the wording is unconditional and repeated, and enforced structurally: the documented age slider starts at 18.
Uploads, face-swap and undress
No reference-photo upload, no face-swap, no undress feature — verified absent, not merely unmentioned. The generator page, rendered logged-out, carries no file input and no marker words for upload, face-swap or image-to-image; the API accepts no image field or URL.
Starting from an existing image means cloning a recipe: the prompt and settings behind a community or your own generation drop into your create page. The only file picker is a chat attachment sent to a companion as a message. What you get for free
The free plan costs $0 and it does render: a daily allowance of Gems, image creation, AI chat, and browsing or cloning the gallery, no card required.
Two limits matter: Gems pay for images, voice messages and calls, so a daily allowance is a daily ceiling, and free creations land in the public gallery, since keeping them out is a paid feature. The Secrets AI free tier is conversation only, and PornPen lists none at all; our free-tier list prints what each $0 plan covers.
Paid plans in practice
Three paid tiers, all monthly, read on its upgrade page on August 29, 2026: Plus $14.99, Premium $23.99, Pro $33.99. No annual option is published, and the page notes promotional pricing shown at checkout.
The tiers are mostly Gem allowances: 100, 400, and unlimited casual generations plus 800 on Pro, which also holds full-length video with extend, custom characters, voice calls and all styles. As printed, one Gem buys one API image, a voice message costs one and a call two, Extreme quality adds one and Max quality two, with up to a quarter-Gem extra at peak times. Refunds are stated within 30 days of purchase; crypto payments are final.
Age gate, moderation and privacy
The age gate is a click: a signup confirmation that you are at least 18, no document check and no 18+ interstitial on the landing page; logged-out browsing hides adult thumbnails.
Moderation is documented: AI systems scan prompts and outputs at creation or submission, generation or display can be blocked before delivery, trained moderators review flagged content, and every posted item carries a report control.
Privacy is the weakest part: creations default to the public gallery and private generation is a paid feature; the terms take a perpetual, irrevocable license over public-mode content and let other users reuse it, while private or offline mode asserts no rights. No fixed retention period is set for images, prompts or chats. We found no lawsuit, ban or regulatory action from a credible source — not proof there is none.
Who it suits — and who should look elsewhere
It suits prompt-driven creators: breadth of style, an API to script against, a free tier that renders, and a real-person route closed by product design rather than disclaimer.
Look elsewhere if privacy matters: the default is a public gallery and private mode costs money; if you need a published video length or annual billing; or if you want a reference-image workflow, which PixAI and NovelAI allow and Promptchan does not. Caveat: The ToS bans real-person depiction only conditionally: 'Any depiction or impersonation of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals without consent' and 'Infringes or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual, without obtaining explicit and verifiable consent from those individuals...'. Read literally, consented celebrity/real-person likeness is not forbidden by the ToS. The DMCA policy contradicts this with an unconditional ban ('We prohibit the creation of images featuring real individuals and take steps to remove such content proactively.'), and the ToS disclaimer asserts outputs 'do not depict any real individuals, whether living or deceased.' No product affordance supports likeness work: no upload control, no face-swap, no image input in the API. One style preset is named 'K-Pop', which is a genre/art style rather than a named-person likeness feature.
