Swipey AI is an adult AI-companion platform that also generates media: NSFW images in chat and from a standalone generator page, video that steps up to a 60-second maximum, plus voice messages and live calls, in realistic and anime styles. The operator is INVAI LTD (HE 458964, Nicosia, Cyprus); its own site dates the launch to 2024.

Everything below was read on its own pages on August 30, 2026, prices exactly as printed that day; prices change, so the official site is authoritative. We earn a commission on Swipey links; partner tools are grouped first, disclosed, and that never changes what we write.
What it generates
Three character types: Platform Models, Verified Creator Models (the companions of real, verified creators) and a Custom AI you build. Images arrive in chat and from a separate generator page.
Video is step-extended: a Show More control takes a scene from 5 seconds to 10, 20, 30 and up to 60, the newest with sound; Make Me Move animates a photo the companion already sent into a five-second clip. Voice covers messages and live calls, memory is described as persistent across sessions and devices, and we found no public API.
Real people, minors and what the policy actually says
The minors rule is unconditional: the terms forbid creating, requesting or depicting minors, or anyone who appears to be one, under any circumstances, and the help pages extend that to fictional and “aged up” framings.
The real-person rule is narrower: it bans depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — consent-conditioned, not absolute. The consenting branch is a product: Verified Creator Models, Swipey's AI Twins, are built with the creator's own participation — ID verification, their own photos and voice. Its 2257 page says participating models supply likeness and consent only under written agreements. An ordinary user cannot reach it: there is no upload field on the consumer side.
One presentation flag, stated rather than skipped: the feed pairs a stated adult age of 18 with a “Teen” descriptor tag on the same card, while Swipey's prohibited list bans youth-themed content suggesting underage status — a labeling problem, not a hole in the rule.
Uploads, face-swap and undress
Swipey accepts nothing from you: its terms state that user-generated uploads are not permitted and that every companion and all visible media come from the company's own systems; the 2257 page repeats it. No face-swap, no reference photo.
The control labeled “Undress Me” reads like a nudify tool on a feature list, and it is not one. By Swipey's own description it is welcome media — a chat opens with a photo from the AI companion, and the control turns that generated photo into video. What you get for free
The free tier is deliberately narrow: Swipey says it exists to show you the platform, not to be the full experience. Email signup, no card.
Free, as printed: build a Custom AI, browse the Platform and Verified Creator Model gallery, basic chat with platform characters, the TikTok-style explore feed. Not included: NSFW image generation, voice calls and Full Show videos; the help center says generating NSFW images requires Premium.
Paid plans in practice
The public pricing page printed one number on our date: $7.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. The help center says three plans exist — one month, three months, yearly — but the premium page 404s for logged-out visitors and the in-app paywall needs an account, so the three-month price stays unverified.
One in-app offer we did capture: a “Summer Sale” modal fires straight after the age gate — twelve months at €71.99, shown as €0.20 per day against a struck-through 479.88. Note the currency mismatch: USD on the marketing page, EUR in the modal. Hearts are a separate consumable spent on video extensions, Fan Club sets and creator requests.
Age gate, moderation and privacy
The gate we saw is one click: confirm 18+, or leave. Where law requires more, the terms say an age-assurance provider applies liveness detection and biometric age estimation, with ID when the estimate is unclear — jurisdiction-triggered, not the default.
Moderation runs three layers: input blocking that the terms say holds against spelling, spacing, substitution and encoding tricks; model refusal plus an output re-check before delivery; then human review. The complaint policy promises removal of illegal or non-consensual material within seven business days, treats CSAM as immediate and unappealable, and cites EU notice-and-action (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
Against that: sub-policies the terms lean on — blocked content, moderation and removal, underage, DMCA, voice calls, creator onboarding — are cited, several of them as already published, yet return 404. Privacy reads better: a Custom AI and its chats are private by default, never in the feed or search; data is kept six years after an account closes; billing shows a neutral merchant name. No breach or regulator action turned up in primary sources on our date.
Who it suits — and who should look elsewhere
Swipey fits a reader who wants the companion loop — chat, voice, images and short video of one consistent character — in a product that gives you no way to feed in a real person's photo. Realistic and anime both work; $0 shows the shape first.

On real people, celebrities and deepfakes

Caveat: The real-person ban is consent-conditioned rather than absolute. ToS §8 bans only creating or depicting "any real, identifiable person without their consent"; the help centre repeats it as "No impersonating real people. You can't create a companion based on a real person — a celebrity, an ex, a colleague — without their consent." and "No non-consensual deepfakes of real people — Verified Creator Models exist only with the creator's participation and consent". The consenting branch is a real product: ToS §3.4 "Where the Company offers AI Companions modelled with the authorisation of a consenting adult contributor (an “AI Twin”), the resulting AI Companion remains an autonomous, AI-generated fictional character. [...] AI Twins are governed by the Company’s Creator Onboarding Policy and AI Twin Likeness & Content Agreement." Mitigating: no consumer-facing upload path exists at all (ToS 9.1), and the 2257 page states "Any verified human models participating in the platform provide their likeness and consent exclusively under written agreements and age-verification procedures maintained by the Company." So the consent branch is reachable only through ID-verified creator onboarding, never by an ordinary user uploading somebody else's photo.
On minors

Our verdict
Swipey answers the question that matters most here — can the product be pointed at a real person? — with architecture, not promises: no user-facing upload field exists, and its terms say so. The trade is scope: one price is public, the three-month plan unverified, several sub-policies its own terms cite return 404, and a “Teen” tag sits on cards stating an adult age. At $7.99 as printed on August 30, 2026 it is a fair entry to a companion-first product with video and voice — wrong if you came for a prompt box, uploads or rights to sell the output.
