It also makes five- to ten-second clips, with AI voiceover in the same tool. Its terms name the operator as Troph Limited, a Hong Kong company, registration No. 2913821.

What it generates
Images are the product; LoRA models are the interface: paid tiers train three to ten LoRAs a month and stack five to fifteen on one task, with Turbo Mode on top. Stated styles: anime, realistic, 3D.
Video is members-only: image-to-video and text-to-video clips of five to ten seconds on paid tiers. The voice feature is an AI voiceover inside that tool, not conversation.
The absences matter: no chat, which only PixAI and Unstability.ai lack among ranked tools, and no public API — its terms restrict use to the website, with API access by email request. Adult output is allowed but contained: an nsfw tag is mandated, and explicit results stay with the account that made them.
Real people, minors and what the policy actually says
PixAI drops a check here. Across the pages we read on August 29, 2026 — terms, legal, copyright, content guidelines, docs — we found no rule banning real people, celebrities or deepfakes, and nothing conditioned on consent.
Two nearby rules do adjacent work: the guidelines prohibit posting personally identifiable information, other people's photos included — a publishing rule, not a generation rule — and sexual output from realistic models is prohibited outright, closing the photoreal route by style rather than by consent. PixAI takes your images — the second dropped check. Its docs describe uploading a picture to enter edit mode (img2img) and up to ten reference images for Reference Pro, with nothing limiting uploads to your own work.
No face-swap tool and no undress or nudify feature appears in its marketing, AI-tools catalogue or docs; products built for that are named on our not-listed page, never ranked here.

Paid plans in practice
The plans page opens on the annual toggle, printing a year's charge: STARTER USD 95.88 charged annually, PLUS USD 275.88, PREMIUM USD 431.88. The monthly bases read USD 10.00, 30.00 and 50.00; the membership blog prints the same annual plans as $7.99, $22.99 and $35.99 a month billed annually. Recorded as printed, that annual charge is the ranking's only entry price quoted by the year, which is what puts PixAI last in our price tie-break.
What scales is credits: 300,000, 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 a month, with 20%, 100% and 200% more daily credits and top-up bonuses of 50%, 100% and 150%. LoRA training runs three, five and ten models a month; video is on all three tiers, the Private Mode inside it only on PLUS and PREMIUM.
Age gate, moderation and privacy
The age check is a click: over-18 is an account setting, and in its own words NSFW content cannot be generated unless it is enabled. The terms require you to be 18; the public landing page has no gate.
Moderation runs in two layers: an AI moderator sorts each item as normal or sensitive; human moderators re-evaluate within seven working days. AI moderation went platform-wide in the February 21, 2024 announcement; a September 6, 2024 update added normal, flagged and sensitive ratings and made explicit content visible only to its creator.
Privacy is the strong column: generations sit in a private history, reach the gallery only when you publish, and sensitive content stays with the uploader. Caveats: the terms guarantee nothing about your data after termination, and the mobile app carries no sensitive content. Press, not a legal action — a 2024 Nikkei Asia investigation of AI anime images covered PixAI, which reportedly did not comment.
Who it suits — and who should look elsewhere
It suits an anime or original-character artist who wants a workshop, not a companion: credits that refill daily, LoRA training, img2img and reference images, short clips, and output that stays private until published.

PixAI passes five of seven checks: minors ban stated, prices verified as printed, video, a free tier, no vendor-run likeness program. It drops the two about other people's faces — no real-person rule in its documents, and an upload pipeline that accepts any image — which is why it sits nineteenth. The rest is capable: ten thousand daily credits, LoRA training from the entry tier up, explicit output that can never be public, moderation documented in detail. Its adult surface has narrowed twice by its own announcements. Prices read August 29, 2026; no score, no commission for us here.
