Sexy AI: what its policies say, what it costs, what is free

✓ Facts verified August 29, 2026

Sexy AI is a prompt-driven adult image and video generator built around a community gallery: pick a CivitAI checkpoint or LoRA, write a prompt, and the result lands in your library. AIMG Corp operates it. No page we read states a home country outright, but the terms run under Delaware law, arbitration sits in Fort Lauderdale and the 2257 records custodian is in New Jersey — the United States, on that evidence. A beta app announced January 6, 2026 is set to become the main site, adding chat bots, editors, direct messages, cash art contests and LoRA training.

NSFWTop is independent and not affiliated with Sexy AI; the facts below come from its own pages, and prices were read on August 29, 2026 and can change. Sexy AI links no affiliate program, so we earn nothing here; we do earn a commission on some links elsewhere, where partner tools are grouped first and disclosed on every list, as our about page explains.

What it generates

Images, video and chat are documented — chat through AI bots, capped on the top Pro tier at 30 custom bots and three messaging rooms — with no voice output and no public API. Styles run from realistic to anime and beyond: generation uses CivitAI checkpoints and LoRAs, and the model choice is yours.

Video is image-to-video: a Wan 2.1 workflow animates a picture already in your library. No maximum clip length is printed on any page we read. The site claims 252,535,457 images by 2,272,801 creators — its numbers, not ours.

Real people, minors and what the policy actually says

The terms ban deep-fakes outright, alongside false impersonation, identity theft, and content infringing intellectual property, publicity, privacy or moral rights. No consent clause qualifies any of it: the rule targets the technique, not permission. On minors the terms set out three rules: zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material with immediate account termination, an explicit ban on loli and shota material, and no sexualized depiction of anyone under 21. No licensed creator-likeness program is offered.

The caveat is enforcement: the beta app’s takedown form carries a non-consensual-imagery category, and the complaints page routes removal appeals to email — machinery that works after the fact. Model choice sits with the user, who is warned to check that the LoRA they pick complies with the terms.

Uploads, face-swap and undress

Sexy AI misses one checklist point here — on a blank, not a bad answer. No public page offers a reference-photo upload, a face swap or an undress feature, and the only image input we could document is the image-to-video workflow above.

The beta app, though, ships a personal drive upload area and LoRA training behind a login we did not pass, so its rules on what may be uploaded, a real person’s photograph included, are unpublished. Our checklist credits a verified no, not an absence, so the point stays uncredited: six of seven. We do not rank undress or face-swap tools; see what we leave out.

What you get for free

The free tier is browse-only: signing in without subscribing gets community galleries and emoji reactions, and the beta app prints a $0 forever plan with basic features and post viewing. Generation is not included, so you pay before you generate — unlike Promptchan AI, whose $0 plan prints a daily allowance of gems for creating images.

Paid plans in practice

Two price ladders run in parallel while the site migrates. The main site sells three Pro tiers at $14.99, $29.99 and $59.99 a month, with annual totals printed as $119.88, $227.88 and $455.84 and advertised as 33 to 37 percent off. Money buys generation time and concurrency, not credits: two images and one video at a time on tier one; triple the time and double the slots on tier two; on tier three, GPU quotas, six image workflows and no watermark.

The beta app prices separately at $15 and $30 a month, or $12.50 and $25 billed yearly as $150 and $300. Payment runs through Epoch or a gift card, with discreet billing promised. No per-image cost is printed, so we state none; the table below is as printed on August 29, 2026.

Age gate, moderation and privacy

The age gate is a click-through dialog asking you to confirm you are 18 or over. It verifies nothing, and the landing page’s adult imagery loads behind it regardless of the answer. Moderation is stated as a commitment to keep the platform free of illegal or harmful content; the takedown and appeals routes above are its enforcement.

Generations go to a personal library and posting to a Community is a separate action, so nothing is public by default. The privacy policy sets no image-retention terms and says personal information may go to the payment processor and to authorities where the law requires it. We found no lawsuit, ban or regulator action involving Sexy AI or AIMG Corp.

Who it suits — and who should look elsewhere

It suits someone who wants a workshop, not a companion: prompts, community models, concurrency that scales with the tier, and a feed to publish into.

Look elsewhere if you need the upload rule in writing: Swipey AI’s terms state that user uploads are not permitted, and Secrets AI’s reference picker draws only on images you generated yourself; Secrets AI passes all seven checks, Swipey AI six, dropping its point on the consented Verified Creator likeness program rather than uploads. If you plan to sell what you make, the terms confine the service to personal, non-commercial use.

What its own policy says

Quoted verbatim from the official pages we read. A missing quote means we found no such statement — not that the tool allows it.

On real people, celebrities and deepfakes

“It is additionally prohibited to create content meeting any of the following criteria: … Content that involves false impersonation or identity theft. … Content that violates, infringes, or misappropriates the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, and the right of publicity), privacy rights, or moral rights of others. Content that includes deep-fakes.”

Caveat: The deep-fake ban itself is unqualified, but the platform operationally contemplates real-person depictions handled after the fact: the beta app has a takedown flow with category "Non-Consensual Imagery — Content depicts me without my consent", and the Complaints page says "If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email [email protected]." LoRA/checkpoint choice from CivitAI is left to the user ("Please be sure that the LoRA you choose follows Sexy AI's Terms of Service to prevent any negative moderation action such as content removal or suspension.")

On minors

“We strictly prohibit any activities related to the creation, distribution, or possession of child pornography on our platform or through our Service, and any such activities will result in immediate termination of the user's account. … Content that depicts "preteen", "lolita", "loli", "lolicon", "shota", or "shotacon" content which involves sexualized depictions of children. Content that involves sexualized depictions of any persons under the age of 21.”

On moderation

“We believe that it is our responsibility to create a safe and secure environment for our users, and we will continue to monitor our platform and Services closely to ensure that it is free from any illegal or harmful content.”

Our verdict

Sexy AI reads like a generator written by people expecting an audit: an unqualified deep-fake ban, a minors clause reaching to 21, and a documented removal route for anyone depicted without consent. It drops one checklist point: the beta app’s upload and LoRA-training rules sit behind a login, so we cannot verify that a real person’s photograph is refused. The catch: the free tier only browses, so you subscribe before generating anything. Prices read August 29, 2026; we are independent and earn nothing from this page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Sexy AI free?

Only for browsing: community galleries and emoji reactions, plus the beta app’s $0 forever plan with basic features. Generating requires a paid tier.

Does Sexy AI allow real people or celebrities?

No. Its terms ban deep-fakes with no consent qualifier, plus false impersonation and right-of-publicity violations. No licensed likeness program exists; anyone depicted can file a takedown.

Can you upload your own photo to Sexy AI?

Not verified. No upload, face-swap or undress feature appears on the public pages, and image-to-video works only from your own library; the beta app’s upload rules are login-gated.

Does Sexy AI do anime or realistic images?

Both, plus other styles: it runs on CivitAI checkpoints and LoRAs spanning realistic to anime. Compare the field on our anime and hentai list.

Does Sexy AI make video?

Yes, image-to-video: a Wan 2.1 workflow animates a picture from your own library. No maximum clip length is printed. See our video generator list.

How much does Sexy AI cost?

Pro tiers are $14.99, $29.99 and $59.99 a month, or $119.88, $227.88 and $455.84 a year; the beta app charges $15 or $30 a month. Read August 29, 2026.

Who operates Sexy AI, and does it check your age?

AIMG Corp; its terms run under Delaware law and no launch year is stated. The age check is a click-through dialog that verifies nothing.

Are your images private, and can you sell them?

A personal library is the default; posting to a Community is a separate action. The privacy policy sets no retention terms, and the terms allow personal, non-commercial use only. Not legal advice — see our legal guide.

How is Sexy AI different from Promptchan AI?

Both are non-partner, prompt-driven generators with images, video and chat. Promptchan AI passes all seven checks at a $0 entry price; Sexy AI needs a subscription to generate and leaves uploads unverified. Grid on our comparison page.
