Photorealistic NSFW AI generators: 19 tools, likeness rules quoted
Nineteen of the twenty-one generators we track list a realistic style on their own pages. That one field is the entire entry requirement here: photorealism is a style the vendor claims, not a score we awarded — we run no image-quality tests and publish no ratings.
What we can check is the question photorealism makes urgent. Can a photograph of a real person be fed into the model at all? Do the terms forbid depicting real people, or only forbid doing it deceptively? Does the operator itself sell licensed clones of real performers? Those three answers, quoted from each tool's own pages and read on August 29–30, 2026, are what this page is for. How this list was made
The filter. One field decides who appears: realistic must appear in the tool's own list of output styles, as printed on its official pages. Nineteen of the twenty-one ranked generators qualify. Two do not — Yume AI, whose styles are anime only, and NovelAI, anime and furry. Nothing else was filtered out. A weak policy never removes a tool from a list on this site; it is printed in that tool's entry and counted in its checklist instead, which is why the bottom of this page is worth reading before the top.
The order. Partner tools — the seven we earn a commission on — are grouped first, and that placement is disclosed on every list and on our About page. Inside each group the site's ranking order applies: how many of seven checkable facts the tool's own pages support, then the lower entry price, then the name.

Secret Labs Inc., registered in both Canada and the United States, generates its realistic and anime characters in-house, with video clips to 15 seconds. The sentence that matters on this page sits in its terms: creating characters based on real people is strictly forbidden, and the ban names celebrities, influencers, public figures and private individuals — that last category is rarer in this market than you would expect.
The video studio does have a reference picker, and its documentation is specific about what feeds it: your own gallery, every image and video you have generated, and nothing else. The wrinkle we found is wording rather than tooling — a separate prohibited-content clause frames real-person sexual content as barred without verified consent, and a content-removal route exists for material resembling a real person, while no consent-verification or upload mechanism exists anywhere in the product. Free tier: twenty messages a day, no image generation; Premium is $19.99 a month.
Best for: Readers who want the ban to cover private individuals, not just celebrities.

INVAI LTD of Cyprus states the flattest upload rule on this page: user-generated uploads are not permitted, users cannot upload their own images or media, and the same line is repeated on its compliance statement. No character can therefore be built from a photograph you supply, and the button labelled “Undress Me” acts on the companion's own generated welcome photo rather than on any picture of your own — worth saying plainly, because the name suggests otherwise. Video is built by extension, in steps up to 60 seconds.
The caveat is the check it does not pass. Its terms ban depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, and they describe “AI Twin” companions modelled with the authorization of a consenting adult contributor under a written likeness agreement, governed by a creator onboarding policy — a vendor-run likeness program, exactly what the seventh check looks for. With no consumer upload path in the product, that route stays on the vendor's side, behind ID-verified creator onboarding. Premium is $7.99 a month; the free tier covers chat and character creation, not NSFW images.
Best for: Anyone who wants an explicit written “no uploads” rule in the terms.

EverAI Limited of Malta is the second partner tool on this page that runs a likeness program, and the one that markets it most openly. Candy Creators is described in its own help center as digital twins of content creators, each one built in direct partnership with, and with the full consent of, the creator; the program page lists named adult performers, creator cams and creator shorts. That is why its checklist shows six of seven rather than a clean sweep — the seventh check is the absence of exactly this.
The user-facing rules are correspondingly qualified: only deceptive or harmful impersonation and non-consensual deepfakes are prohibited, while a community-guidelines bullet bans images that resemble real persons with no qualifier at all. The two do not sit comfortably together, so we print both. Uploads are not offered — its blocked-content policy notes users cannot upload or share content. Realistic and anime styles with video; entry is €3.99 a month on the annual plan, billed as €47.88, and a free account gets five messages and one image.
Best for: Readers who want the licensed-clone question settled before they subscribe.

Warmtech Ltd of Cyprus puts the strictest real-person wording on this page into the binding document: its terms prohibit companions that closely resemble any real-world celebrity or public figure, and expressly refuse the fiction-or-parody defence. Note the scope, though — celebrities and public figures are named; ordinary private individuals are not.
The upload picture is genuinely contradictory and we print both halves. The home page markets a “remix” that takes your own photo and transforms it into a new style, outfit, setting “or even face”, while the terms permit only an avatar upload and the content-moderation policy states that users cannot upload photos or video to communicate with characters. A separate clause allows Pro-tier uploads behind identity verification and a checkbox in which the user attests to owning the rights. That is a self-declared attestation, not a verified consent process, and it is why the upload check is marked against the tool. Video runs to 30 seconds; Premium starts at $19.99 a month, or $7.99 a month billed $95.88 yearly.
Best for: Realistic video from a vendor whose terms outrank its marketing — if you read both.

Dream Studio USA, Inc. offers the widest style range in the partner group — realistic, anime, furry and more — with video to 60 seconds and commercial use permitted for your own generations. It also carries the sharpest contradiction in our records. Its AI-porn landing page advertises reference upload and face swap in as many words: upload an image for a consistent face across every generation, with face swap listed among the $19.99 premium features. Its own help center says the opposite — reference photos are not allowed, on the stated grounds of possible deepfakes and other legal problems.
We could not resolve that from outside a paid account, so both quotes stand in the record and the upload check is counted against the tool rather than in its favour. The written real-person ban is consent-conditioned in the legal policy, while the safety center and the home FAQ ban deepfakes and lookalikes of real people flatly. New accounts get 55 dreamcoins; the subscription is $19.99 a month.
Best for: Style range and long clips, if you accept an unresolved upload question.

404 Intelligence LTD of Cyprus closes the upload door: its blocked-content policy states that users cannot upload content directly to the platform, and image-to-video animates images you generated there. What it never does, on any page we read, is forbid sexually depicting an identifiable real person. The rule reaches deceptive or malicious impersonation only; the unconditional “never modeled on real people” lines are marketing about the vendor's own characters, not a rule binding users, and no consent-verification or likeness-removal route is described anywhere.
Pricing is the second gap. Nothing is printed on the public pages — the checkout is paywalled — so we mark pricing unverified rather than repeat a figure from a review site. The free tier is unusually broad by its own comparison table: unlimited text chat, permanent memory, voice messages and standard photos, with HD content and unlimited image generation behind the paid tier. Realistic and anime output, with a full video suite including extend and multi-scene.
Best for: Free realistic chat first, accepting that you see no price until checkout.

SNB Technologies LTD of Cyprus ships real generator surfaces — image, text-to-video and image-to-video — and the video tool refuses to start from anything but an image you already made there: you cannot generate a video without choosing one of your previously created images first. There is no file input in the public generator and the character creator is preset-only, so the architecture closes the upload question.
It sits this low for what is absent. On no page we read does Kupid AI ban depicting real people, celebrities or deepfakes, and no page bans generated content depicting minors either; the only age rule concerns the user. What exists instead is reactive — an image-rights notice route in the terms and an appeals address for anyone who finds themselves depicted in content. Clips run to 12 seconds. The free tier is fifteen messages with no photos or videos; the entry plan is €12.99 a week, with weekly, yearly and lifetime options.

VisionAI Labs Limited of Ireland ticks every one of the seven checks without being a partner — it and EroPlay below are the plainest evidence we can offer that the grouping above is placement, not endorsement. Five styles including realistic and 3D, plus video, chat, voice and an API that accepts text prompts and sliders only.
No photo upload exists in the generator; the single file input in the product attaches a picture to a chat message rather than feeding it to the model. Its DMCA page prohibits creating images featuring real individuals outright and says it removes such content proactively, though a terms bullet phrases the same ban as applying only without consent — a wording gap with no likeness tooling behind it to exploit. The real trade-off is privacy: generations default to the public community gallery, the public licence in the terms is broad, and keeping your work private is a paid feature. EroPlay — fictional-only, stated on its own 2257 page
ChatMist, Inc. runs a scenario-driven roleplay platform with realistic and anime characters, generating images and video alongside the chat. Its 2257 exemption page states the position squarely: no real individuals are portrayed or engaged in any content creation, and every piece of content on the site is AI-generated. There is no upload path of any kind.
The homepage FAQ bans the use or mention of real people and public figures in scenarios without qualification; the terms word the same ban as covering stories about real people without their explicit consent — a text-only loophole with no likeness feature behind it. Minors are banned in some of the strongest language on this page, with permanent bans and referral to law enforcement. It is the second non-partner tool here to tick all seven checks. Free users get chat and images at key story beats; Premium is $14.99 a month or $89.99 a year.
Best for: Story-led realistic scenes with no upload path anywhere in the product.

DreamGF — realistic only, images only, public by default
DreamAI SRL of Romania builds characters from pick-lists — ethnicity, body, face, hair, clothing, environment — with no photo upload anywhere in the builder. Realistic is the only style it lists, and it is one of two tools on this page that generate no video at all.
Its terms carry an unqualified sentence: content made to resemble real individuals or minors will be deleted, and the account behind it may be terminated. The softer wording sits in the blocked-content policy, which bans celebrity impersonation only where it is deceptive or harmful. Two loose threads belong in the open: the pricing and membership policies list an “Influencer Messages” token item that no page on the site defines, and a September 2023 trade interview quotes the chief executive planning licensed OnlyFans-model avatars on a revenue share. Characters created by users and their generated images are publicly browsable; content privacy is a paid benefit. From $12.99 a month, advertised as half off $25.99.

Fantasy.ai — clones of real models, sold as a Verified tier
Run by the same Romanian company as DreamGF, Fantasy.ai puts real-person likeness in the product rather than in a policy footnote. Its “Verified” profiles are described on the home page as AI versions of real models and OnlyFans creators, and in the FAQ as an AI clone of a real model — virtual versions of actual people, selected and approved by its team — with messages charged at extra tokens depending on the model's popularity.
Its celebrity rule covers impersonation in a deceptive or harmful manner only. One more line belongs on this page: the girlfriend generator states that image-based AI generation is coming soon, allowing an AI girlfriend to be created from a photo. Nothing of the kind was live on the pages we read, and if it ships the upload check changes with it. Realistic, anime and stylized output with video; free accounts can create and chat with a token allowance, and the entry plan is $7.99 a month against a $14.99 list price.
Best for: Readers specifically after licensed creator clones, with eyes open about what that is.

PornPen — no uploads, no free plan printed, a $2 day pass
Free Journey LLC has been generating adult imagery since 2022 and states its upload rule in six words: user uploaded content is not allowed. The home page adds that deepfakes are not allowed here, its 2257 page describes outputs as pictures and videos of non-existent people, and the about page says any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Realistic, anime and furry styles, with looping motion clips and chat on the paid tier.
Two caveats we will not bury. The minors safeguard is an about-page assertion — all people generated are 18+ — rather than a prohibition written into the terms, which cover only the user's own age; prompt review, AI filters and a blocked-term list do the actual enforcing. And it is the only tool on this page whose pricing page prints no free plan: access starts at a one-time $2 day pass, then $15 a month, and generations made outside the paid Private Mode appear in the public feed.
Best for: A day of realistic generation without signing up to a subscription.

NextDay AI Incorporated of Canada is the clearest illustration on this page of why the upload check exists. Its character builder invites you to upload or generate an image to represent your character, asks whether you want the uploaded picture redrawn or used as is, and its Character Pro mode then uses that avatar as the base image for further generation.
The policy layer around it is consent-shaped rather than absolute. Only deceptive or harmful impersonation of real individuals, public figures or celebrities is prohibited; the terms require that you hold the consent of everyone portrayed in photographs you provide, and a prohibited-conduct line bars featuring another individual in a photo without their consent. Read together, that is a rule about permission rather than a rule against likeness. Minors are banned explicitly and moderation combines human reviewers with automated tools. Realistic and anime characters, clips to 10 seconds, plans from $5 a month, and a free version that watermarks its output.
Best for: Character-first workflows — on the condition that the picture is not another person.

AIMG Corp runs a prompt-and-model generator whose terms are unusually specific about real people: deep-fakes, false impersonation and violations of the right of publicity are each prohibited by name, alongside a minors ban that reaches further than the legal minimum.
What we could not settle is the upload question, so our record marks it unverified rather than clean. Image-to-video runs from images in your own library, and no upload control appears on the public pages; but the beta app that the operator says will become the main site carries upload and model-training infrastructure behind a login, and the choice of community model files is left to the user with a warning to stay inside the terms. A takedown route for non-consensual imagery also exists, which tells you the operator anticipates the problem. Realistic and anime characters with images and video, moderated by automated filters plus human review. Its FAQ states that conversations and generated content are private, not visible to other users and not used to train external AI models. The gap is money: no public page prints the plan prices, so pricing stays unverified in our record and costs it a checklist point. What we can state is the free plan — character creator, chat and a limited number of image generations, with unlimited messaging, HD images and video behind the paid tiers.
Best for: The cleanest written likeness rule of any non-partner tool on this page.

Infatuated — a strict policy and a twin program on the same domain
Cogito Sum LLC writes one of the strictest rules here: users may not request characters based on, similar to or styled after real people, real names and identifying details are prohibited, deepfake-style requests are banned outright, and its content-generation policy states that all content is produced solely by AI and users cannot upload their own media.
Two of its own pages complicate that. A twin page offers adult creators an AI avatar of themselves, noting that ID verification may be required when representing real individuals, and an OnlyFans-themed FAQ mentions an input image used to tune the model's look. We saw no upload control while logged out, so our record marks uploads contradictory and flags the vendor likeness program — two checklist points lost, and the reason it ranks below tools with weaker prose. Realistic, anime and stylized output, clips to 10 seconds, roughly ten free messages per chat, and token plans from $9.99 a month.
Best for: A hard written policy, for a reader who can weigh the contradiction above.

Equilibrium Point Inc. is the outlier on this page: no chat, no video, and reference upload as a headline feature — its changelog invites you to upload a reference image and use it as the starting point, transforming photos into illustrations. That is generic image-to-image rather than a face-swap or undress tool, but it is still a path for a photograph to enter the model, and the checklist counts it as one.
The real-person rule is narrower than most: sexually explicit material depicting a real, identifiable person is forbidden, but only without their consent, and non-sexual likeness is not addressed at all. The terms push the burden onto you, requiring that you hold every right, licence and permission — publicity rights included — for anything you upload. Weigh the privacy terms too: all generated images are collected and visible for human moderation, the operator reserves the right to use them in its own marketing, and personal information is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. PixAI passes the style filter and then immediately qualifies it, which is precisely why the qualification is printed here: Troph Limited's content guidelines state that sensitive content created using realistic models is not allowed. Anime and stylized work is what the platform is built for; explicit photorealism is off the table by its own rule, and a 2024 policy announcement made that restriction platform-wide.
It is also the weakest entry on likeness. No page we read bans real-person depiction, celebrities or deepfakes; the nearest protections are a ban on posting personally identifiable information, photos of others included, and the realistic-model restriction above. Vilala Limited of Cyprus generates realistic and anime characters with images, video and voice, and its content-removal policy states that all content on the platform is generated exclusively through AI. There is no upload path we could find — one of the four checks it does clear, alongside video, a free sign-up and the absence of a vendor likeness program.
Everything else on the policy side is absent. Neither version of its terms — the EEA text nor the rest-of-world text — bans depicting real people, celebrities or deepfakes, and neither bans generated content depicting minors; the only age rule is that users must be at least 18. What stands in place of a ban is a removal form and a line saying any similarity to an actual person is unintentional and purely coincidental. No public page prints a price either, so pricing is unverified; signing up is free, and chat data is retained for five years after account erasure. It ranks last here for those gaps, not for its output.

What a reference-photo upload does and does not mean
Seven of the nineteen tools here take an image somewhere in the product: Lovescape and OurDream market one while their own policy pages deny it, GirlfriendGPT, Unstability.ai and PixAI document it plainly, and Sexy AI and Infatuated leave it contradictory enough that we record it as unverified. That is a checklist fact, not an accusation.
None of them is an undress or nudify app. We do not list that category at all: products built to take a real person's photograph sit on our not-listed page with the sentence from their own site that put them there, and we do not explain how they work. The check exists for a narrower reason — photorealism plus a file input is the combination that makes a real person's likeness technically reachable, whatever the terms say afterwards. Where no upload path exists, the question is closed by the architecture rather than by a promise, which is the practical difference between Secrets AI or Swipey AI and the seven above.
Licensed clones of real performers, and why they cost a point
Four tools on this page run or advertise a vendor-side likeness program. Candy AI operates Candy Creators — digital twins of named adult performers that its help center says are built in direct partnership with, and with the full consent of, each creator. Fantasy.ai sells “Verified” profiles it describes as AI clones of real models and OnlyFans creators, charged by the message. Infatuated's twin page offers adult creators an AI avatar of themselves, with ID verification where a real individual is represented. Swipey AI's terms describe the same idea as an “AI Twin” modelled with the authorization of a consenting adult contributor.
None of that is a route for a user to depict somebody else: these are vendor-run programs with the performer on the other side of a contract, and the user-facing bans on impersonating real people still apply. We count it as a checklist item because a licensed likeness is still a real person's likeness, and some readers would rather stay entirely inside fiction. Others will consider a consenting, paid performer the more ethical option. The page's job is to make sure you know which one you are buying.
Where the wording goes soft — or stops altogether
Photorealism is where a vague policy costs the most, so read this before choosing on looks. Two tools here — Kupid AI and HeraHaven — say nothing at all about real people on any page we read, and nothing about generated content depicting minors either. PixAI says nothing about real people. Elsewhere the ban exists but the wording gives way. GoLove AI and GirlfriendGPT prohibit impersonation only where it is deceptive, harmful or malicious, and Unstability.ai's rule reaches sexual depiction only, and only without consent. Candy AI, Secrets AI, Promptchan AI, EroPlay, DreamGF, Fantasy.ai and OurDream carry both versions — a qualified clause on one page, a flat ban on another — and we print both rather than pick the flattering one.
Silence is not permission. The law covering sexual images of a real person applies whether or not a vendor wrote it into its terms, and it is the account holder who answers for the prompt — our guide to the legal position sets out the current statutes with dates. Which of these makes the most realistic images?
We do not answer that, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does without published tests. “Realistic” on this page means the vendor lists a realistic or photorealistic style on its own pages — that is the filter, not a verdict on output. NSFWTop publishes no scores, stars or ratings, because we have measured nothing that would deserve one.
Can I upload a photo of a real person to any of these?
Don't. Twelve of the nineteen give users no upload control at all, and the ones that do put the responsibility on you — Unstability.ai's terms require that you hold every right and permission, publicity rights included, for anything you upload. Most of these tools restrict depicting real people to some degree; three of them — Kupid AI, HeraHaven and PixAI — say nothing about it at all, and where the wording is weak or missing the law is not. Products designed to take a real person's photograph are not listed on this site at all; see not listed.
Which realistic generators are free to try?
All but one state a free tier. PornPen prints no free plan and starts at a one-time $2 day pass. What “free” covers varies enormously: Secrets AI gives twenty messages a day and no image generation, Candy AI allows a single image, PixAI hands out 10,000 credits a day. Our free-tier list takes each one apart.
Which of them generate video, and how long are the clips?
All except DreamGF and Unstability.ai, which are image-only. Where a limit is printed: Swipey AI and OurDream to 60 seconds, Lovescape to 30, Secrets AI to 15, Kupid AI to 12, and GirlfriendGPT, Infatuated and PixAI to 10. The rest publish no maximum. Full detail is on the video list.
Do any of them offer clones of real people?
Yes, four: Candy AI, Swipey AI, Fantasy.ai and Infatuated run or advertise vendor-side likeness programs built on contracted, consenting adult creators. Each costs a checklist point here, because the seventh check is the absence of such a program, and each is disclosed in its entry above rather than in a footnote.
Why is PixAI on a list of realistic generators if it restricts realistic output?
Because its own style list includes realistic, and that is the filter this page states. Its content guidelines then forbid sensitive content created using realistic models, so explicit photorealism is not available there by the platform's own rule. We print both facts instead of quietly dropping the tool: on this site a restriction or a policy gap is shown in the entry and counted in the checklist, never used to make a listing disappear.
